About Millionaire for Life

Millionaire for Life is MUSL's newest daily multi-state lottery, launched February 22, 2026. Players select five numbers from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5. Draws take place every day at 23:15 ET. The top prize awards $1 million a year for life—or an $18 million cash option. The second tier pays $100,000 a year for 20 years or $2.2 million cash. Seven additional fixed-prize tiers round out the nine-division structure. Tickets cost US$5 each. Millionaire for Life is available in 31 jurisdictions across the United States.
